(May 2007 to October 2008)

Collected more than 250 engineering documents generated during the four-year, $9 million, Low Wind Speed Turbine Development Project cost shared with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).  Drew from these documents to write the Proprietary Final Report with the history and documentation of work by Clipper in the development project and the public report released by DOE. Assembled 169 source engineering documents into a proprietary searchable compact disk with the documents (more than 4,350 pages)  linked to the Proprietary LWST Development Project report. (Dr. A. • Attend project team meetings of scientists and engineers to focus the proposal writing effort;
• Initial outline in response to Request for Proposal or programmatic language of funding source;
• Writing draft sections for reaction from proposal team;
• Editing of sections drafted by team members to achieve a single “voice;”
• Creation of document in MS word with footnotes and references;
• Manipulation of graphic elements for consistent quality and style;
• Copy editing, printing, and distribution.
